How do I configure the fields I want to use for each task?
You do this through the Task Type functionality, available through the web portal (on any browser). You can decide what information to collect when creating a task, in order to better organize your work and make searching for information easier.
- On the web portal, go to the Templates tab on your profile and scroll to the Task Types section. Click on Add and create your first template using the fields you think are important to classify your tasks.
- You can add as many custom fields as you want. Assign a field name and a field type. For instance, you can add a "Client name" field (text), a "Next site visit" field (date), the "Product code" (numeric), or a "Production plant" (multiple choice: plant A, plant B, etc.)
