For those who have purchased the “calendar” add-on, it’s possible to view the task list in Kanban mode
For example, when a new task is created, the correct status is automatically set (e.g. Quote request), or as soon as you add information (photo, note, report), the task automatically moves to the next status (e.g. In progress).
You can create a custom minutes or checklist template simply by uploading the document or a photo of the paper minutes, or by dictating to the AI assistant which template you want to create.
In the details of each activity, it is possible to assign the status of the work: "Site inspection carried out", "Quote accepted", "Quote rejected", "In progress", "Completed".
In every task, it is now possible to easily and intuitively see the days when information was entered and filter by a specific day.
