Creating the Bill of Quantities

The tutorial explains how to create a Bill of Quantities in Mela from scratch or through AI-assisted import. It shows how to import a BoQ created with external software, such as Primus, while preserving the structure of work items and cost breakdowns.

Filling in the measurement book

The video demonstrates how to complete the measurement book by recording the quantities actually executed on site. Measurements can be entered either as numeric quantities or as percentage-based progress of work items, depending on site requirements.

Updating the Works Progress

The tutorial shows how, based on the data entered in the measurement book, the Work Progress is automatically updated. This allows continuous monitoring of work progress and cost control, keeping the Bill of Quantities, measurements and Work Progress always aligned.
